Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis
of work ethic variables and employee performance, including how the influence of work ethic on
employee performance at the Sari Asih Nusantara Foundation Pematangsiantar. Using qualitative
and quantitative research methods through documentation, interviews, and questionnaires. Through
this study, it was found that the work ethic and employee performance were optimal, and confirmed
that the higher the work ethic at the Sari Asih Nusantara Pematangsiantar Foundation, the more
optimal the performance of its employees. So that management is needed that pays attention to the
work ethic of the organization, both profit and non-profit organizations.
