Abstract
The study aims to analyze and examine the effect of compensation on employee performance at
CV Paradep Taxi Pematangsiantar. Respondents were 35 employees of CV Paradep Taxi
Pematangsiantar. The data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis. The
results showed that the compensation was good, and there was a positive effect of compensation on
employee performance.
