PENGARUH KECERDASAN SPIRITUAL DAN KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA KANTOR PUSAT GEREJA KRISTEN PROTESTAN SIMALUNGUN (GKPS) PEMATANGSIANTAR

The purpose of this research is: 1. description of spiritual intelligence, emotional intelligence,
and employee performance at Kantor Pusat Gereja Kristen Protestan Simalungun (GKPS)
Pematangsiantar 2. the influence of spiritual intelligence and emotional intelligence on the
performance of employee at Kantor Pusat Gereja Kristen Protestan Simalungun (GKPS)
Pematangsiantar simultaneously and partially. Result of the study can be summerized as follows: 1.
employee stated spiritual inteligence was good, emotional inteligence, and employee performance is
already good. 2. the results of the regression analysis is Ŷ = 3.699+ 0,502X1 + 0,677X2 means
positive and significant influence between spiritual intelligence and emotional intelligence on
employee performance. 3. the result of the analysis of correlation was obtained r = 0,791means that
there is a moderately high correlation between spiritual intelligence, emotional intelligence, and
employee performance at Kantor Pusat Gereja Kristen Protestan Simalungun (GKPS)
Pematangsiantar. High low average employee performance 37,4% High low employee’s performance
can be explained by the spiritual intelligence and emotional intelligence. 4. Hypothesis test results
stated H0 rejected, meaning spiritual intelligence and emotional intelligence of employee have a
positive and significant impact on employee performance at Kantor Pusat Gereja Kristen Protestan
Simalungun (GKPS) Pematangsiantar either simultaneously or partially.
