PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA GURU DI SEKOLAH DASAR (SD) SWASTA SULTAN AGUNG PEMATANGSIANTAR

The objectives of this research is to know: 1. The representation of work discipline, work
environment and teachers performance in Sekolah Dasar (SD) Swasta Sultan Agung
Pematangsiantar. 2. The effects of work discipline and working environment on the performance of
teachers in Sekolah Dasar (SD) Swasta Sultan Agung Pematangsiantar. The results from this research can be cocluded as follows: 1. Discipline is already working very
well, work environment work as well as the teacher's performance is also good. 2. The regresion result
is Y = 16.094 + 0.182 X1 + 0.349 X2 means that the labor discipline effect positive on the work
environment and the performance of teachers. 3. The correlation result of r = 0.651, meaning that
there is a strong and positive relationship between the discipline of work and working environment with
the performance of teachers in accordance with the criteria, above the correlation coefficient. Then
obtained the coefficient of determination is 0.424, which means that whether or not the teacher's
performance can be explained by 42.4% by the discipline of work and the working environment. 4. The
hypothesis H0 is rejected, this means that both work discipline and work environment positively and
significanly impact the performance, for all teachers in Sekolah Dasar (SD) Swasta Sultan Agung
Pematangsiantar both simultaneously and partially.
