PENGARUH FASILITAS DAN LOKASI TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN PADA PEMANDIANALAM SEJUK (PAS) MARIAH JAMBI (SURVEI PADA MAHASISWA SEMESTER VI TAHUN AKADEMIK 2015/2016 STIE SULTAN AGUNG PEMATANGSIANTAR)

The purpose of this study is to determine description of facilities, location and purchase
decisions and influence of facilities, location and purchase decisions on Pemandian Alam Sejuk (PAS)
Mariah Jambi.
This research was conducted by using descriptive analysis of qualitative and quantitative
descriptive analysis. The sample used in this study is the author of 157 people that is the Student
Semester VI Academic Year 2015/2016 STIE Sultan Agung Pematangsiantar. Data was collected
through questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The analysis technique used multiple
regression analysis, correlation and determination coefficient and hypothesis testing degan t test.
It can be concluded as follows: 1. The facilities and location of the purchasing decision has been
high. 2. The results of multiple regression analysis obtained by value of Y = 15.003 + 0.277 X1 + 0.365
X2, meaning that there are positive influence between the facility and the location of the purchasing
decision on Pemandian Alam Sejuk (PAS) Mariah Jambi. 3. The results of the analysis of correlation r
= 0.678, meaning that there is a positive relationship between the facility and the location of the
purchase decisions on Pemandian Alam Sejuk (PAS) Mariah Jambi, then the coefficient of
determination (KD) is 0.460, meaning that the high and low purchasing decisions on Pemandian Alam
Sejuk (PAS) Mariah Jambi amounted to 46.0% can be explained by the facilities and location. 4.
Research hypothesis Ho is rejected, meaning that the facilities and location of positive and significant
impact on purchasing decisions on Pemandian Alam Sejuk (PAS) Mariah Jambi either simultaneously
or partially
