PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA PT BANK SUMUT SYARIAH CABANG PEMATANGSIANTAR

The purpose of this study is to assess and analyze: 1. The description of work discipline, work
environment and employee performance at PT Bank Sumut Syariah Cabang Pematangsiantar. 2. The
influence of labor discipline and the work environment to employee performance at PT Bank Sumut
Syariah Cabang Pematangsiantar. This research was done by using descriptive analysis of qualitative
and quantitative descriptive consisting of multiple linear regeresi analysis, correlation analysis and
determinant coefficient. The population in this study were all employees of PT Bank Sumut Syariah
Cabang Pematangsiantar, totaling 25 people. Data was collected through questionnaires, interviews
and documentation.
The results of the study can be summarized as follows:1. Discipline of work, work environment
and employee performance at PT Bank Sumut Syariah Cabang Pematangsiantar has been good. 2.
Regression analysis y = 1,647 + 1,446X1 + 0,837X

, meaning that there are positive influence between
work discipline variable (X1) and work environment (X

) on employee performance (Y) at PT Bank
Sumut Syariah Cabang Pematangsiantar. 3. correlation analysis obtained r = 0,734 means that there is
a strong and positive relationship between the discipline of work and working environment on the
performance of employees of PT Bank Sumut Syariah Cabang Pematangsiantar. The level of
employee performance can be explained by 53,9%. 4. The hypothesis H

is rejected, meaning that the
discipline of work and the working environment positive and significant impact on the performance of
employees at PT Bank Sumut Syariah Cabang Pematangsiantar both simultaneously and partially
