ANALISIS PELAKSANAAN KEGIATAN PEMELIHARAAN (MAINTENANCE) TERHADAP KUALITAS PRODUK PADA CV GREEN PERKASA PEMATANGSIANTAR

As for this research problem formula is how An overview of maintenance activities
(maintenance) and product quality at CV Green Perkasa Pematangsiantar. This research was
conducted using desain library research and field research. The data used is the quantitative and
qualitative data. Source data used are primary data and secondary data. The independent variable in
this study is the maintenance activities and product quality as the dependent variable. Data were
collected by interview and documentation. Technical analysis used is descriptive method and the
inductive method and hypothesis testing.
The results of this study can be summarized as follows: 1. The method of implementation of
maintenance (maintenance) are performed on Green Perkasa CV Pematangsiantar includes planned
maintenance activities (planned maintenance) and unplanned maintenance (unplanned maintenance).
2. Maintenance activities conducted on Green Perkasa CV Pematangsiantar absence of discipline and
consistency in implementation. 3. The quality of the products produced at Green Perkasa CV
