PENGARUH FASILITAS DAN KUALITAS JASA TERHADAP KEPUASAN ORANG TUA MURID DI TK PERGURUAN KRISTEN METHODIST INDONESIA PEMATANGSIANTAR

This research was done by using descriptive qualitative and descriptive quantitative method. The
population in this research was 135 respondents from students’ parent from TK Perguruan Kristen Methodist
Indonesia Pematangsiantar. Data was collected by questionnaire, interview, documentation and observation. The
technique of analyzing data was multiple linear regression, correlation coefficients and determination,
hypothesis testing.
The result of this research showed us : 1) Facilities and service quality on TK Perguruan Kristen
Methodist Indonesia Pematangsiantar are good, and students’ parent satisfaction of TK Perguruan Kristen
Methodist Indonesia Pematangsiantar is high. 2) The results of multiple regression analysis obtained the
following regression equation : Ŷ = 0,919 + 0,662X1 + 0,280X

, it means that there is a positive and significant
influence between facilities and service quality on students’ parent satisfaction 3) Analysis correlation
coefficient is r = 0,787, which means there is a strong and positive relationship between facilities, service
quality and satisfaction of students’ parent of TK Perguruan Kristen Methodist Indonesia Pematangsiantar. 4)
The value of the coefficient of determination (KD) = 0,619, which means that the level of satisfaction of student’s
parent can be explained by 61,9 % by facilities and service quality. 5) There is a positive and significant
influence between facilities and service quality on students’ parent satisfaction both simultaneously and partially.
