PERBANDINGAN FINANCIAL DISTRESS PADA PT LIPPO CIKARANG, Tbk DAN PT BUKIT DARMO PROPERTY, TbkDENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE ZMIJEWSKI

The purpose of this research is to find out the description of financial distress and what factors cause differences in financial distress in PT Lippo Cikarang, Tbk and PT Bukit Darmo Property, Tbk using the Zmijewski Method. The method used is descriptive qualitative analysis, comparative analysis, and inductive analysis. objects on PT Lippo Cikarang, Tbk and PT Bukit Darmo Property, Tbk. The results of the study can be concluded as follows: 1. PT Lippo Cikarang, Tbk's financial distress has a negative value and is far from bankruptcy while PT Bukit Darmo Property, Tbk has a negative value and is close to a positive value which means it is approaching bankruptcy. 2) Factors that cause differences in financial distress in the company are decreased net income, decreased total debt, and increased current assets cause the level of financial health of the company.
