PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI DAN KEMAMPUAN INTELEKTUAL TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA BAPPEDA (BADAN PERENCANAAN PEMBANGUNAN DAERAH) KABUPATEN SIMALUNGUN

The purpose of this research is: 1. To know the overview of organization of culture and Intellectual
abilitiest at BAPPEDA Kabupaten Simalungun. 2. To know the effect of organization of culture and ability
intelectual ability for job in government at BAPPEDA Kabupaten Simalungun.
The result can conclude 1. Organization of culture already strong and intelectual ability is good with job
in government are good . 2. The result of analysis regressing is Ŷ = 20,983 + 0,813X

its means that
the effect organization of culture is positive for the job of employ. 3. The result of analysis correlations get value
r = 0,558 its means that the relation organization of culture and intelectual ability with employ of worker are
strong and positive . The higher and lower the employ of worker can explain by organization of culture and
intelectual ability as big as 31,2%. 4. Hypothesis research Ho Rejected its means the organization of culture
and intelectual ability its positive influence and significance for employ of worker at BAPPEDA Kabupaten
Simalungun in simultan and parsial.
