Abstract

The purpose of this research is: 1. Description of work environment, job satisfaction, and
employee performance at PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk. Branch Pematangsiantar. 2. The
influence of work environment, job satisfaction, and employee performance at PT. Bank Muamalat
Indonesia, Tbk. Branch Pematangsiantar.
Result of the study can be summerized as follows: 1. Employee stated work enironment
already good, setisfied with job satisfaction and employee performance is already good 2. The result of
the regression analysis is Ŷ = 64,989 + 0,807X

means work environment as well as job
satisfaction has positive influence on employee performance. 3. The result of the analysis of corelation
was obtained r = 0,665 means that there is strong and positive relationship between work environment,
job satisfaction to employee performance at PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk. Branch
Pematangsiantar. High low average employee performenace 44,2% can be explained by work
environment and job satisfaction. 4. The hypothesis H
0
has rejected, meaning that work environment
and job satisfaction are positive and significant affect on employee performance at PT Bank Muamalat
Indonesia, Tbk. Branch Pematangsiantar.
