Abstract
As for this research problem formula is how organizational cultural influence to employees
performance at (DISPERINDAG) Branch the Pematangsiantar. Research Method used in this writing is
library research and field research. Its population is employees (DISPERINDAG) Branch the
Pematangsiantar amount to 34 people.. The Data used is data by qualitative and quantitative, and
technique of data collecting by questionnaires, interview and documentation. Then technique analyse
the data use the descriptive method qualitative and quantitative descriptive method.
The result of this research can be concluded as follows: 1. The employee training are good,
working discipline that applied are good, and the employees performance at the office of
DISPERINDAG Pematangsiantar also increased. 2. The results of regression analysis is = 13,415 +
0,817X1 + 1,582X2, it means the training and working discipline has positive influence to employees
performance. 3. The results of correlation analysis obtained by r = 0,689 means that there is a strong
and positive relationship between training and working discipline with employee performance. Employee Performance is influenced by the training and working discipline by 47,5%. 4. The
hypothesis of research H0 is rejected, it means the training and working discipline, has a positive and
significantly influence to employee performance at the office of DISPERINDAG Pematangsiantar
either simultanly or partially.
