PENGARUH PELATIHAN DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT BANK CENTRAL ASIA, TBK. CABANG PEMATANGSIANTAR

This research was done by using the design library research and field research. The
population used in this study is the author of 35 respondents, all permanent employees of PT Bank
Central Asia, Tbk. Cabang Pematangsiantar. Data was collected by interview, documentation,
questionnaires, and observation. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, correlation
coefficients and determination, hypothesis testing.
Results of the study can be summarized as follows: 1. Training conducted by employees and
discipline and the resulting performance is good. 2. The results of multiple regression analysis obtained
the following regression equation: Ŷ= 6,586 + 0,956X1
+ 0,429X

, meaning that there are positive
influence between training and discipline to employees performance of PT Bank Central Asia, Tbk.
Cabang Pematangsiantar. 3. Analysis coefficient is r = 0.776, which means there is a strong and
positive relationship between training and discipline with the performance of employees of PT Bank
Central Asia, Tbk. Cabang Pematangsiantar. 4. The value of the coefficient of determination (KD)
0,603, meaning that the level of employee performance can be explained by 60,3% by training and
discipline. 5. There is influence between job training and work discipline on employee performance
both simultaneously and partially.
