Abstract

The purpose of this research is: 1. To determine the description of learning facilities, learning
motivation, and learning outcomes. 2. To determine the effect of learning facilities and learning motivation
toward learning outcomes at SMP Kristen Kalam Kudus Pematangsiantar.
The result of this research showed us: 1. The learning facilities on SMP Kristen Kalam Kudus
Pematangsiantar is very good, learning motivation on SMP Kristen Kalam Kudus Pematangsiantar is high, and
learning outcomes on SMP Kristen Kalam Kudus Pematangsiantar is very high. 2. There is a positive and
significant effect between learning facilities and learning motivation toward learning outcomes with the analysis
of regression Y = 5,786 + 0,330 X
1+ 0,401 X

. 3. Correlation values is 0,835 so the relations is powerful and
positive between learning fasilities and learning motivation with learning outcomes. The fluctuation of learning
outcomes can be explained by learning facilities and learning motivation using coefficient of determination is
69,8%. 4. Simultaneously and partially, there are positive and significantly effect between the learning facilites
and learning motivation toward learning outcomes.
