Abstract

The purpose of this study are: 1. To know the description of leadership style, work discipline and
job satisfaction of employees at PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk Witel Sumut Pematangsiantar. 2.
To determine the effect of leadership style and discipline of work on job satisfaction of employees at
PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk Witel Sumut Pematangsiantar.
Result of research can be concluded as follows. 1. The application of leadership style is good,
work discipline has been good employee and employee satisfaction has been satisfied. 2. Results of
regression analysis is Y = 16.928 + 0,957X1 + 0,612X2, meaning that there are positive influence
between the variables of leadership style and work discipline on employee job satisfaction. 3. The
results of the analysis obtained correlation r = 0.851 showed that there is a very strong and positive
between leadership style and discipline of work with job satisfaction of employees of PT
Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk Witel Sumut Pematangsiantar. Then the coefficient of determination R
square of 0.724 means that the level of leadership style and discipline can be explained by 72.4% by
the employee satisfaction. 4. The hypothesis H0 is rejected, meaning that the style of leadership and
discipline positive and significant impact on job satisfaction of employees at PT Telekomunikasi
Indonesia, Tbk Witel Sumut Pematangsiantar either simultaneously or partially. Keyword: Leadership Style, Work Discipline and Job Satisfaction employee
