Abstract
The purpose of this study are: 1. To determine the overview of communication, and organizational
culture and the employee performance at KPKNL Pematangsiantar. 2. To determine the effect of
communication and the culture organization and the employee performance at KPKNL
Pematangsiantar. The results of this study can be summarized as follows: 1. Communication is good, the effort is
already strong organizational culture and the performance of employees is excellent. 2. The results of
regression analysis is Ŷ = 36,437 + 0,624X1 + 0,552X2, its means that communication and
organizational culture had a positive effect on employee performance 3. The results of the analysis
correlations get value r = 0,733, its means that there is a strong and positive relationship between
comminication, organizational culture to the performance of employees atKPKNL Pematangsiantar. The level of employee performance can be explained by communication and organizational culture as
big as 53,7%. 4. The results of testing the hypothesis H0 is rejected, its means that communication and
organizational culture had a positive influence and significant to the performance of employees at
KPKNL Pematangsiantarboth of simultaneous or partial.
