Abstract
The purpose of this study is to assess and analyze: 1. Overview of training, career
development and Job Satisfaction of employes at Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS)
Kesehatan cabang Pematangsiantar. 2.Effect of training and career development on Employess Job
Satisfaction at Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) Kesehatan cabang Pematangsiantar.
Result of the study can be summarized as follows: 1. training, career development and the
existing Job Satisfaction good in Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) Kesehatan cabang
Pematangsiantar. 2. the results of multiple regression analysis regression equation: Ŷ = 24,850 +
0,282 X

, meaning that there is a positive influence between independent variabel (training
and career development) to dependent variabel (Job Satisfactio. 3. analysis coefficient is r = 0,612,
which means there is was strong and positive relationship between training with career development
Job Satisfaction employees. The value of the coefficient of determination (KD) 0,374, which means that
the level of performance of employees can be explained by 37,4% , by training and career
development. 4. there is a positive and significant influence between training and career development
to employee Job Satisfaction either through simulate and partial.
