PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DAN DISIPLIN TERHADAP KINERJA GURU PADA SMK SWASTA HKBP PEMATANGSIANTAR

The purpose of this research are: 1. To determine the description leadership style, discipline, and
performance of teachers at SMK Swasta HKBP Pematangsiantar. 2. The influence of the leadership
style and discipline to teacher performance at SMK Swasta HKBP Pematangsiantar good is
simultaneously and partially.
The result of this research is: 1. The teacher has agreed with leadhership style applied by the
principal, disciplined work is good and the performance of the teacher has good. 2. The analyze of
regresion is Ŷ = 9,814 + 0,460X1 + 0,407X2, means is the influence of positive between leadership
style (X1) and disciplined (X2) against the performance of the teacher (Y). 3. Correlation analysis is
obtain value of r = 0,773, it means that there is a strong and positive relationship between leadership
style and disciplined culture as big as 59,8%. 4. The hypothesis is H0 is rejected, it means leadhership
and disciplined have positive and significant against the performance of the teacher at SMK Swasta
HKBP Pematangsiantar good is simultaneously and partially.
