Abstract
The Purpose of the research is: 1. To determine the description of communication, job
satisfaction and performance of employee on PT Bank Sumut Syariah cabang Pematangsiantar. 2. To
determine the effect of communication, job satisfaction and performance of employee on PT Bank
Sumut Syariah Cabang Pematangsiantar.
The result of this research are: 1. Communication has been very good, the employee was
satisfied with job satisfaction and employee performance already good. 2. The analyze of regression is
Ŷ = 31,770 + 0,851X1 + 0,756X2 means communication (X1) and job satisfaction (X2) have positive
effected to employee performance. 3. Correlation analysis is obtained value of r = 0,753 it means that
there is a strong and positive relationship between communication and job satisfaction with employees
performace. Wheter or not employee performance can be explained 56,7% 4. The hypothesis H0 is
rejected, it means the communication and job satisfaction have positive and significant to employee
performance on PT Bank Sumut Syariah Cabang Pematangsiantar.
