Abstract

This research was held by using qualitative descriptive analyze method and quantitative descriptive
analyzing. The population that used this research employee of Kantor Perwakilan Bank Indonesia
Pematangsiantar were 31 peoples. Independen variable in this research is employee work performance and
dependent variable is office promotion. In collection the data by using questioner, interviewing, and
documenting. The technique of analyzing is by using simple linear regression, correlation coefficient of
determination and t-test.
The results of this research Regression test results are Ŷ = 24,361 + 0,557 X there was positive effect
between of employee work performance to the promotion office. 3) Correlation test results rerieved value of (r) =
0,659 that mean there is a strong and positive relationship between employee work performance to the promotion
office in Kantor Perwakilan Bank Indonesia Pematangsiantar. High to low office promotion can described by
organizational communication of 43,4%. 4) T-test Ha accapted, that mean the employee work performance
positive effect and significant to the office promotion in Kantor Perwakilan Bank Indonesia Pematangsiantar.
