PENGARUH BEBAN KERJA DAN PENGAWASAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA TOKO METAL JAYA PEMATANGSIANTAR

The purpose of this research is: 1) To determine the description of workload, controlling, and employee performance. 2) To determine the effect of workload and controlling toward employee performance at Toko Metal Jaya Pematangsiantar.
The result of this research showed us: 1) The employee workload on Toko Metal Jaya Pematangsiantar is high, the controlling on Toko Metal Jaya Pematangsiantar is already good and employee performance is high. 2) There is a positive and significant effect between workload and controlling toward employee performance with the analysis of regression = 4,522 + 0,440 X1+ 0,457 X2. 3) Whether employee performance is good or bad, it's can be explained by workload and controlling using coefficient of determination at 68,3%. 4) Simultaneously and partially, there are positive and significantly effect between the workload and the controlling toward employee performance, therefore the research hypotheses H0 is declined.
