PENGARUH KOMPETENSI GURU TERHADAP KINERJA GURU PADA SEKOLAH DASAR PERGURUAN KRISTEN KALAM KUDUS i-LEARNING PEMATANGSIANTAR

As for this research target is to know the picture and influence Competence of Teachers to teacher
performance at Elementary School of Holy Christian Kalam Kudus i-Learning Pematangsiantar. In analysing
problems, writer make the desain of research are library research and field research. Data type used are data
qualitative and quantitative data. Data source used are data of primary and data secunder. Data obtained with
the technique data collecting of questionnaires,, interview, and documentation. To analyse the data, used
descriptive analysis technique qualitative and quantitative analysis technique that is simple linear regression,
correlation coefficient, coefficient determinasi, and test t. As for population used by writer in this research is as
much 31 responder, namely entire/all Elementary teacher at Holy Christian Kalam Kudus i-Learning
Pematangsiantar.
Research hypothesis is teacher interest applied and executed to have an effect on the positip to
performance learn at Elementary School of Holy Christian Kalam Kudus i-Learning Pematangsiantar. Result of
analysis show Ŷ=10,194+0,536X have sign positip. Relation strength of both variable are strength and positip
that is equal to 0,680. From calculation of coefficient determinasi, obtained 46,24%, its meaning that high lower
or fluctuate its performance learn as much 46,24% by teacher interest, the rest of equal to 53,76% by other
factor like teacher’s motivation. From result of data processing questionnaires, writer get the conclusion that
teacher interest executed at Elementary School of Holy Christian Kalam Kudus i-Learning Pematangsiantar
have an effect on to create the teacher performance. This matter is provable passing test t, where result test the
