PENGARUH KOMPETENSI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA KANTOR PERWAKILAN BANK INDONESIA PEMATANGSIANTAR

This Research was held by using descriptive method qualitative and quantitative descriptive. Population
at this research is officer of Representative Office Indonesia Bank of Pematangsiantar amounting to 31 people.
Free variable at this research is variable and interest tied is officer performance. Data collecting conducted with
interview, technique of kuesioner documentation technique and. Analysis technique the used is linear regresi
modestly, coefficient of kolerasi and of determinasi and also examination of hypothesis.
Result of research can be concluded as follows 1) Officer express that interest have good and good officer
performance. 2) Result of examination of regresi are = 43,393 + 0,401X meaning interest have an effect on
positive to officer performance. 3) Result of analysis of kolerasi obtained by value of r = its 0,839 meaning there
are positive and strong relation officer performance and interest at Representative Office Indonesia Bank of
Pematangsiantar. High lower officer performance him can be explained by interest equal to 70,4%. 4)
Hypothesis Ha accepted, its meaning of interest have an effect on positive and signifikan to officer performance
at Representative Office Indonesia Bank of Pematangsiantar.
As for suggestion from result of research conclude that to increase interest needed by effort create room
which is kondusif to officer, that is by giving opportunity continue education of higher level so that can think
analytical to problem of complex as well as is childbearing of creative ideas, pushing.
