Abstract
The formulation of the problem of this research is how the influence of labor discipline on the
performance of employees at PT. Bank Bank, Tbk Branch Pematangsiantar. The results of the regression analysis
is Y = 10,111+ 1,030X means discipline positive effect on employee performance. The results of the correlation
value is r = 0.689 employees described the level of performance can be explained by the discipline of 47.5%. The
research hypothesis is rejected and H_a H_o accepted, it means discipline of work positive and significant effect
on the performance of employees at PT. Bank Bank, Tbk Branch Pematangsiantar.
The suggestion of this research is to improve the responsibility in addressing jobdesk, increasing
penalties for noncompliance, improve firmness in the misuse of information, improving the utilization of time in
achieving the targets, improve work performance in basic tasks, increasing the adjustment in the working
environment, improve the ideas of creation the working environment, improve attainment work in accordance
with the level of intelligence.
