PENGARUH GAYA KEMPEMIMPINAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT. BANK DANAMON INDONESIA, TBK KANTOR CABANG PEMATANGSIANTAR

The Destination of this Study is: 1) To describe the leadership style and employee performance of PT.
Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk Branch Office Pematangsiantar. 2) To determine the effect of PT. Bank Danamon
Indonesia, Tbk Branch Office Pematangsiantar. This research uses descriptive qualitative method and qualitative
descriptive and sample population in this study is an employee of PT. Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk Branch
Office Pematangsiantar branches totaling 23 people. Independent variabel in this study is the style of leadership
and employee performance as the dependent variabel. Data collection was done by questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Analytical test nigues used is a simple linear regression, correlation coefficient of
determination, and the hypothesis testing and t test.
Research result can be summarized as follows: 1) Enough employees agree with the leadership style
applied and employee performance is good. 2) analist regression values obtained = 28,225 + 0,453X, that is
the effect positive and significant effect of leadership style on employee performance. 3) Correlation analist
obtained value r = 0,778 showed a strong and positive relationship between leadership style on employee
performance. Througt analist coefficient of determination test, obtainable value 0,605, that is the level of
employee performance an be explained by leadership style 60,5 %. 4)There is a positive and significant impat of
leadership style on employee performance with thit (5,674) > ttabel (2,079), so that research Ho rejected Ha be
accepted.
