PENGARUH KOMUNIKASI ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA KANTOR PERWAKILAN BANK INDONESIA PEMATANGSIANTAR

The objective of this reseacrh is for reviewing and analyzing: 1) Condition of organizational communication and employee performance in Kantor Perwakilan Bank Indonesia Pematangsiantar. 2) The effect of organizational communication to the employee performance in Kantor Perwakilan Bank Indonesia Pematangsiantar.
The results of this research can be concluded as: 1) Employee states that organizational communication was good and employee performance development in good categorize. 2) Regression analyze results are Ŷ = 18,113 + 0,798X there was positive effect between of organizational communication to the employee performance. 3) Correlation analyze results rerieved value r = 0,754 that mean there is a strong and positive relationship between organizational communication and employee performance in Kantor Perwakilan Bank Indonesia Pematangsiantar. High to low employee performance can described by organizational communication of 56,8%. 4) t-test Ha accapted, that mean the organizational communication positive effect and significant to the employee performance in Kantor Perwakilan Bank Indonesia Pematangsiantar.
As for suggestion of results the research concluded that to improve organizational communication, necessary communication practise openly and fostering good working relationships. To improve employee performance need to adjustment of working attitude is responsible.
