PENGARUH KESELAMATAN DAN KESEHATAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA KANTOR PUSAT PENELITIAN KELAPA SAWIT UNIT MARIHAT PEMATANGSIANTAR

The objective of this reseacrh is for reviewing and analyzing: 1) Description of the safety and health work and employees performance in Kantor Pusat Penelitian Kelapa Sawit Unit Marihat Pematangsiantar. 2) The effect of safety and health work and employees performance in Kantor Pusat Penelitian Kelapa Sawit Unit Marihat Pematangsiantar.
The results of this research can be concluded as: 1) Employees agree with applying of safety and health work and employees performance have high. 2) Regression test results are Ŷ =12,816 + 0,675 X meaning safety and health work to have an effect on positive to employees performance. 3) Correlation test results rerieved value = 0,720 that mean there is a strong and positive relationship between sefety and health work and employees performance in Kantor Pusat Penelitian Kelapa Sawit Unit Marihat Pematangsiantar. High to low employees performance by sefety and health work of 51,80%. 4) T-test Ha accapted, that mean the sefety and health work performance positive effect and significant to the employees performance in Kantor Pusat Penelitian Kelapa Sawit Unit Marihat Pematangsiantar.
As for the suggestion of the results of the study concluded that to improve sefety and health, needed job of equal good company with employees to always apply K3. To increase the employees performance hence repair work productivity employees require to in working.
