Abstract

Natural process which expected in the nature of democracy will produce a leader that able to organize and make safe the society, so The Law No. 32/2004 expected will find a leader that able to develop region. Democracy era could influence the change of global scale on a system that have formed, then, geo-socio-cultural ang geo spatial factor could influence the process in Indonesia, especially the authority problems
election, of course that change aim is to get the perfecting
