Abstract
The purpose of this research is to analyze the implementation of teacher organizational
citizenship behavior (OCB) at State Junior High School 6 Pematangsiantar. The analysis unit in
this study is 38 civil servant teachers. Data is analyzed with qualitative analysis. The results
showed that the OCB owned by teachers was already well-founded, with the highest dimension
being courtesy with indicators of respect for fellow teachers. The lowest grade is the altruism
dimension with indicators assisting fellow teachers when there is a problem.
