Abstract
The purpose of this research is to analyze the satisfaction and trust of parents, and the
substantial influence of satisfaction of parents at the Private Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTSS) Al
Khairiyah in Pematangsiantar. There are 90 parents as respondents in this research.
Descriptive qualitative and quantitative is the method of analysis. The result shows that
satisfaction and trust are legitimate, and there is a positive influence between parental belief
and satisfaction.
