Abstract
The formulation of the problem of this study is how the description of OCB, individual
characteristics, and employee performance at the Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara dan Lelang
Kota Pematangsiantar the influence of OCB, individual characteristics on employee performance at
the Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara dan Lelang Kota Pematangsiantar both simultaneously and
partially. This study uses library research design and field research. The population in this study were
30 employees of the Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara dan Lelang Kota Pematangsiantar . The
data used are qualitative data and quantitative data, and data collection techniques by means of
questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Then the data analysis technique uses descriptive
qualitative methods and quantitative descriptive methods. The results of the research there is a
positive influence between OCB and individual characteristics on employee performance and there is
a strong relationship between OCB and individual characteristics of employee performance at the
Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara dan Lelang Kota Pematangsiantar.
